Kuan-Ling Chen was a Breakout Fashionista of the Year awardee for her show "Kaitlyn's Beauty Journal."

The third annual Taste Awards celebrated topnotch food and fashion figures and programs at The Egyptian Theater on Thursday. Despite the absence of awardees such as Anthony Bourdain (Best TV Food Program and Best TV Food Travel Series), Emeril (Best New Series) and Jamie Oliver (Best Chef in a Series), nominees and winners like Alie & Georgia and Jolene Sugarbaker stayed to mingle with the attendees during the afterparty.
