The Long Beach State women’s basketball team ended its four-game losing streak with a 61-48 win against Boston University Saturday at the Arizona State University Classic Sunday in Tempe, Arizona. With its final game of the 2016-2017 campaign, the women’s volleyball team finished the season with a 25-20, 25-19, 21-25, 25-16 win against Denver University Saturday at Walter Pyramid. Against another Power-5 conference team, the Long Beach State women’s basketball couldn’t keep up with USC on Sunday during its 82-74 loss at the Galen Center.
