Laptop stolen from bathroom

A student reported her laptop stolen from the Family and Consumer Sciences building at 5:30 p.m. on April 7, Lt. Richard Goodwin of the University said. The theft occurred when the student left it behind in the bathroom at 1:30 p.m. Police said the stolen laptop is a 2011 MacBook Pro valued at $1,500. Police have not identified any suspects.

Staff member finds student laptop

A campus staff member recovered a student’s missing laptop on Monday at 6:30 p.m., Goodwin said. The student told police that her laptop went missing either at the University Student Union Building or the College of Business Administration on April 13. The campus staff member contacted the student and told her that the laptop was recovered. The staff member returned the laptop to the student.

 Bike stolen from Dance Center

A bike theft occurred inside the Dance Center on April 11, Goodwin said. A student left his bike inside the Dance Center between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m. The victim described his bike as a silver beach cruiser valued at $200. Police have not identified any suspects.
