With only one month left until Election Day, congressional candidates State Senator Alan Lowenthal (D) and Long Beach City Councilman Gary DeLong (R) suited up for an on-campus debate last Friday to tell voters why each should be elected over the other to represent Long Beach and the rest of the 47th District.
