Sophomore nets conference honor

Long Beach State midfielder Lindsay Bullock was named the Big West Conference Player of the Week on Monday. Bullock tallied two goals and an assist to help lead the 49ers to a 3-0 win over Brigham Young before Sunday's 3-3 tie against the University of Oregon.

Volleyball gold medalists to be in Seal Beach

Olympic gold medalists and former 49ers Scott Touzinsky, Tom Hoff and David Lee will make a special appearance during the Basketball Coaches Road Show at O'Malley's on Main Street in Seal Beach on Wednesday. All three will sign autographs and be available for photos.
