Long Beach State hires Kyle Siemer as new Associate Athletics Director for Compliance

The Long Beach State Athletics department announced via press release Monday that Kyle Siemer was hired as the new Associate Athletics Director for Compliance.

Siemer comes to LBSU after spending four years as the Director of Compliance at Montana State, according to the press release.

“Kyle brings a wealth of experience from his time at Montana State and I am thrilled to have him become the newest member of the Beach family,” Interim Athletics Director Cindy Masner said in the release. “It became obvious during the search process that Kyle is a great fit for our department. His experience combined with his logical and thoughtful approach will greatly benefit our coaches, staff and student-athletes.”

At Montana State,Siemer managed the day-to-day operations of all aspects of NCAA compliance which includes recruiting, financial aid, eligibility and violation reporting.
“I am truly honored to have selected for such a vital position,” Siemer said. “I want to thank Cindy Masner and everyone who was involved in the process for this extraordinary opportunity.”
